Description

Using student feedback, self-reflection, and peer-observation, a model was presented for a comprehensive "360 degree" assessment of instruction. The 360 degree feedback model provides a more holistic method to instructional assessment, and is based on a learning community approach where instructors can work together to improve their individual and collective pedagogical practice. The 360 degree feedback model builds upon shared trust, group-generated goals, and enhancing traditional modes of assessment.
