Abstract

Improving asthma management includes improving provider education on asthma management, operational use of spirometry, provider competency in spirometry interpretation and use of a chronic disease platform in our electronic medical record to ensure adherence to current national guidelines. Key concepts in improving clinical asthma management are reviewed.
