Abstract
This 2-page policy brief provides a summary of a mileage fee that is being considered by the Vermont General Assembly. The brief is based on findings and recommendations from the University of Vermont Transportation Research Center report "Rate-setting and Impact Analysis for the Vermont Mileage-based User Fee" prepared for the Vermont Agency of Transportation and information provided by the Vermont Agency of Transportation about the design of the fee program.
