Abstract
Plant development is a complex process that can be affected by many different environmental factors. Biotic and abiotic stress are common in a plants life. Plants respond to many of these stresses using the hormone abscisic acid (ABA) to modulate growthMy research examines where ABA is distributed in the legume Medicago truncatula during a moderate salt stress. I am using Fluridon, a plant herbecide, as a negative control to test if the ABA antibody signal is working properly. Fluridon blocks synthesis of ABA so if the antibody is binding to ABA then we should see no signal
