Abstract
This poster highlights how to effectively implement Tier One restorative circles in a large undergraduate course. It summarizes findings from a research study examining the utility and efficacy of peer-led Tier One restorative circles as a means for undergraduate students to reflectively engage in small group discussions in a Special Education course.
