Abstract
Study Design: Systematic literature review. Background and Objectives: Physical therapy (PT) clinicians have started utilizing telerehabilitation. This study examines the accuracy and validity between face-to-face (F2F) and telerehabilitation PT examinations. Methods: Literature databases PubMed, Ovid, CINAHL, and Web of Science were searched to investigate the accuracy and validity of telerehabilitation compared to F2F PT examinations of adults with various impairments. Cochrane Risk-of-Bias Tool and PEDro Scale assessed article bias. Results: Eight studies showed moderate-to-excellent validity for telerehabilitation in individuals with varying conditions. Conclusion: Telerehabilitation appears to offer a valid mode of examination for certain PT examination results
