Abstract
A model Health and Wellness Coaching program was studied to determine if it supports employee health and student/faculty Health & Wellness Coaching experience. Faculty, students, university and university hospital employees enrolled in the program were invited to participate. Employees were surveyed every six weeks for 24 weeks. Surveys measured Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System 10-Question Short Form and Perceived Stress Scales. Findings showed participation in this health and wellness coaching model resulted in clinically and statistically significant improvements in employee perceived stress and physical/mental health. This model appears mutually beneficial for supporting both employee health and student experience.
