Abstract
This article features strategies and workflows developed by three archivists for undergraduate student interns assisting with the arrangement and description of the Patrick J. Leahy Papers in the Silver Special Collections Library at the University of Vermont. The authors outline the specific physical processing (preservation) tasks that the interns complete and provide tips on training, quality assurance, scheduling, and fostering a sense of community among each intern cohort.
