Abstract
This poster will present findings from a research study that examined implementation of Restorative Practices (RP) in a diverse elementary school. The poster will highlight how school personnel integrate RP into existing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support to address the behavioral needs of students and reduce exclusionary discipline practices.
