Cardiolipin and CD1d in Innate-like T Cell Activation
Abstract
Cardiolipin (CL) is a mitochondrial lipid proposed to function as cellular stress signal and innate-like T cell autoantigen. Our research shows limited activation of iNKT cells to produce cytokine after CL stimulation.
